I went in on my own and had a full day — pool, spa, lunch and a massage and everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. The facilities are great, the pool and spa area are relaxing and well maintained, and the massage was high quality and genuinely therapeutic. Lunch was also very good and rounded out the experience nicely. If you’re thinking about booking a day to switch off and reset, I’d highly recommend it. Everything ran smoothly and it was a great overall experience.

I first came to Gillian Adam salon and spa after spotting its name all over the best rated spas in the city, it was my birthday and I decided to take myself out for a little pampering. It’d be hard to express how much I much I look forward to coming here, since 5 years now and every month to two. I want to start with my therapist and a sheer skin expert- Beautiful ROBI. When I saw her first, I was fixated at her skin and could clearly see the standards she has set for herself and subsequently would replicate the same or even better for her clients. It’s obvious that her years of expertise and 360 degree knowledge of skincare does the job very well but what draws Robi so much respect from her clients is her professionalism, commitment, warmth and care towards her customers. I haven’t trusted anyone with my super sensitive (somewhat ageing) skin but with Robi, you know you are leaving yourselves in the best hands of not just superior skills but sheer commitment and customer first approach. She is obsessed with making your skin look good, a great advisor, full of life and a very strong operator here at GA. What adds on to that is the spa’s setting itself, mesmerised with the beauty and ambience of this place, I see Amber at the front desk, she is super warm and very welcoming even on the phone. I always look forward to coming here and feeling so welcomed, followed by a great coffee in a beautiful cafe outdoor. Beauty everywhere , this spa is art and their staff is the best you’d find. I moved to North Sydney couple years ago and decided to explore facials the city and around, but ended up giving up and coming back here. I haven’t tried the pool or plenty of other services, the salons upstairs is great too with fantastic hair stylists. Would definitely recommend coming in, the cafe food and coffee is amazing as well.

My husband and I just left from having a full day here and I could truly go on and on about the wonderful experience we had. I have never been to a more relaxing, clean and well-serviced spa. The staff genuinely took the whole experience to another level. Every single member of staff we engaged with were so lovely, kind and attentive. The pool was 10/10 - the pressure of the jets and the water spout was perfect. The steam room was at the perfect temp which helped us stay in there for more than just a minute. Our massages were incredible, I wish we could remember the ladies names but it was one of the best massages we’ve ever had. Food was divine and do try the Hydra mocktail if you want a non-alcoholic option, so delicious!! My shampoo and blow dry was another service my husband added for me, Annie was so lovely and extremely skilled in what she does!! Love my hair and the reception ladies and other staff made me feel beautiful when I came back downstairs with all their lovely compliments. Gillian is such a kind lady, felt honoured to meet her..she’s someone who you feel like you’ve known for years. Such a warm and welcoming person! Cannot recommend this place more, I can’t wait to be back and will be telling our friends and family about this place.

Amazing experience! We both did the Le social-ing package, includes the Aquamedic pool with a facial and cheese board! 100% recommend. We left feeling relaxed, glowy and rejuvenated. Can’t wait to be back and try a massage and the lunch menu.

Had the most beautiful birthday treat at Gillian Adams Day Spa and honestly I only wish I’d discovered it sooner. From the moment I walked in, Amber made me feel welcome and completely looked after. She is professional, calm, and genuinely knowledgeable, but what stood out most is how much she clearly loves what she does. It sets the tone straight away and you can relax because you know you’re in good hands. The experience itself was magic. I started with the aquamedic pool which was the perfect reset, then moved into the steam room and felt everything slow down in the best way. My facial was incredible, thorough, tailored, and left my skin feeling fresh and properly cared for. Nothing felt rushed, it was thoughtful and considered the whole way through. To top it off, I finished with a beautiful lunch in the garden. Such a simple touch but it made the whole day feel special and unhurried. Gillian Adams and her team have created something genuinely magical here. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. Highly recommend.
